Early-stage founders often have a strong idea, research, or technical foundation - but struggle to clearly articulate what the company is, why it matters, and how it fits together for external audiences.

The Pre-Seed Accelerator is focused to help founders clarify their equity story and pitch narrative before engaging with angels, accelerators, grant bodies, or early-stage investors.

This program is comprised of three core stages:

• Initial introduction and information requests: Following your purchase, we begin with an introductory session where you walk us through your business, market, and goals. After this session, we provide a clear information request list, which forms the foundation for developing your pitch materials.
• Your Equity Story: Using the information you provide, we develop a bespoke pitch deck structure and narrative that clearly articulates your equity story, vision, and positioning.  
• Clarity review & next steps: Once you’ve reviewed the draft structure, we hold a review session to refine the narrative, discuss any changes, and identify clear next steps as you prepare for investor conversations.
